A Belgian AAR,

First please keep in mind that :
This will is my first AAR,
English isn't my first language,
I'm a quite bad player :p

So the General goals of this AAR wil be:
1:survival ( did i mention i being a fairly bad player?)
2: become a colonial ( African) power
